Ever heard of Gundam-fatigue? Probably not—because I made it up. But I bet you know exactly what I mean. I love plamo, especially the stuff coming out of China, but I was this close to quitting if I saw one more Gundam-style kit.
Then this showed up.

Meet the IRON ROARS C.A.T-04, a Cat Mecha born from a collab between XIAOT and Hobby Mio. It’s the fourth and final model from the IRON ROARS lineup before they kick off a brand new series later this year.
Scale: 1/60
Height: 17.6 cm (20.3 cm with backpack) — roughly the size of a Bandai MG
Runners: 31 total — not huge runners, so the part count isn’t overwhelming
Extras: This first release includes translucent parts and the iconic Hobby Mio gatling guns (more on that in a bit)

One of my favorite parts? The instruction manual. It’s not just your usual step-by-step—there’s a short comic inside that gives you some backstory on the pilot and mecha. It’s in both Chinese and English, though don’t expect Google-level grammar ????
Design-wise, the color scheme is sharp: mostly white, with blue and orange accents. Clean and eye-catching.
And yes—the head is actually a cockpit, and you can seat the included pilot inside. Pretty rare for a China kit.
Another fun touch? Retractable claws. A small but clever design choice that really nails the cat-vibes.
It looks to be quite posable, so you’ll have a blast snapping photos from different angles.
As for weapons:
Standard issue rifle with chainsaw
Rocket launcher
And the real highlight: those gatling guns that look suspiciously like Dyson vacuums
(These usually retail separately for $15–$20 alone)
1️⃣ It’s not another Gundam clone. If you’re feeling burnt out by the usual mecha, this is a refreshing change.
2️⃣ Great bang for your buck. MG-level size and complexity without the MG-level price tag. Plus, you’re getting more value from the extra parts and accessories.
3️⃣ Perfect for soft conversion attempts. Got a partner who doesn’t “get” plamo? Show them a Cat Mecha. Who can say no to a mech with paws?
Pre-orders at deltabase are opened only for products I’ve personally researched and believe in—based on the manufacturer’s track record, direct conversations, and whether it’s something I’d actually buy myself.
Pre-orders are treated as confirmed orders, which is why full payment is collected upfront. By the time an item is listed for pre-order, I’ve usually already placed (or am about to place) my own order with the factory. This allows me to commit quantities with confidence and secure your allocation.
Pre-orders are split into two phases, reflecting how production and supply actually work on the factory side.
This phase opens when a product is announced but not yet released.
Orders placed during this phase help me gauge real demand and adjust how much stock to commit to the factory. As a thank-you to those who support early and are comfortable with the wait, a small discount is offered during this phase.
Advance Pre-order ends when either of the following happens:
This phase starts once the product begins shipping from the manufacturer.
At this point, quantities are already locked in with the factory. I can no longer increase my order, and the stock is already on its way to Singapore, even though it hasn’t arrived yet.
Pre-orders may still be available during this phase, but pricing returns to normal and availability depends strictly on remaining committed stock.
Pre-order ends once the stock arrives in Singapore and is ready for local delivery.
What if something goes wrong?
If the product is cancelled or delayed unreasonably, a full refund will be offered—no questions asked.
However, if the item is proceeding as planned and you simply change your mind, refunds are not possible. That’s the trade-off for early access, confirmed allocation, and early pricing.
NOT AVAILABLE
No worries — I’m working on international shipping.
Right now I’m trialing with selected products for the USA. I’ll expand to more markets gradually once everything runs smoothly.
If you’re from another country, start a live chat and let me know where you’re based. If I see enough interest from a particular country, I may open shipping there next.
I’m not just here for a quick buck—this is a real hustle and I take it seriously as I’m a fan of what I sell too. When I bring in items (unless they’re limited editions), I buy in bulk. This means if something goes wrong with one or two boxes, I have replacements ready to make it right.
Sure, you could order from overseas yourself if you know where to look. But imagine waiting days/weeks only to receive a broken product (or came in broken box). At deltabase, I shoulder that risk for you, so you don’t have to.
I only sell plamos I would buy myself. And when I pack them, I treat every box like it’s meant for me.
No platform fee, no transaction fee, no payment fee, no nonsense, absolutely worry free!
Ships on same day for orders received by 2pm!* Singapore delivery starts from $6. International customers chat to get quote.
Sorry to bother you, would you like to leave your name and email address so I can send you updates via email when something worth looking at (eg private sale) is available?
