Orders received before 1400 hrs (Singapore time) on weekdays will be shipped out the same day—unless it’s a pre-order item, a weekend, a public holiday, or when the store is on vacation. Any off-days will be clearly announced on the website.
“Same day shipping” means your order will be packed and handed over to the courier on the same day. Actual delivery time depends on the courier and is beyond my control.
Some items listed on deltabase.sg are offered as Pre-orders. These are products that have not yet been released or shipped by the manufacturer at the time of listing. Every effort is made to ensure that only products with confirmed production and release schedules are listed for pre-order, based on the best available information at the time.
However, unforeseen circumstances may arise—including but not limited to changes in the manufacturer’s production schedule, cancellation of the product, supply chain issues, or discontinuation by the factory—that may result in a pre-order being delayed or canceled.
In such cases, you will be entitled to a full refund, which may be issued either as a cash refund or as store credit, at your discretion.
