How pre-order works at deltabase

Pre-orders at deltabase are opened only for products I’ve personally researched and believe in—based on the manufacturer’s track record, direct conversations, and whether it’s something I’d actually buy myself.

Pre-orders are treated as confirmed orders, which is why full payment is collected upfront. By the time an item is listed for pre-order, I’ve usually already placed (or am about to place) my own order with the factory. This allows me to commit quantities with confidence and secure your allocation.

Pre-orders are split into two phases, reflecting how production and supply actually work on the factory side.

Phase 1: Advance Pre-order

This phase opens when a product is announced but not yet released.

Orders placed during this phase help me gauge real demand and adjust how much stock to commit to the factory. As a thank-you to those who support early and are comfortable with the wait, a small discount is offered during this phase.

Advance Pre-order ends when either of the following happens:

  • The factory stops accepting pre-orders (due to deadlines, production limits, or targeted demand being met), or
  • The product begins shipping from the factory.

Phase 2: Pre-order

This phase starts once the product begins shipping from the manufacturer.

At this point, quantities are already locked in with the factory. I can no longer increase my order, and the stock is already on its way to Singapore, even though it hasn’t arrived yet.

Pre-orders may still be available during this phase, but pricing returns to normal and availability depends strictly on remaining committed stock.

Pre-order ends once the stock arrives in Singapore and is ready for local delivery.

What if something goes wrong?

If the product is cancelled or delayed unreasonably, a full refund will be offered—no questions asked.

However, if the item is proceeding as planned and you simply change your mind, refunds are not possible. That’s the trade-off for early access, confirmed allocation, and early pricing.

AGF-098 V-gilante

The AGF-098 V-gilante is a mass-produced assault mobile weapon developed by the APELT Federation.

In the early NA 300s, the northern BELLIN Empire became the first nation to field true military-grade mobile weapons during the conflicts surrounding the unification era. Their success on the battlefield was remarkable. As the Empire continued expanding its military strength over the following decade, the Federation recognized that its existing Buck units would no longer be sufficient for future warfare.

Citing that the Buck could no longer meet the military’s long-term operational requirements, the Federation Armed Forces rejected a proposal for further large-scale procurement. Instead, they began a series of classified development programs.

After extensive testing, several AGF-series prototypes developed by Federation-controlled defense companies were unveiled in NA 314.

Among them was the AGF-098 V-gilante, a production model derived from the Federation’s early experimental machine known as Frame V. By simplifying and reducing the weight of the original design, the engineers successfully created a machine suitable for mass production.

Designed with mobility as its highest priority, the V-gilante combines a lightweight frame with excellent power output and exceptional equipment compatibility. Its agile handling and responsive controls quickly earned it a reputation as one of the Federation’s most pilot-friendly machines.

Weapons

M8700 Shotgun

The M8700 is the V-gilante’s standard close-range defensive firearm, typically carried as a secondary weapon.

Fed by an 8-round magazine, it excels in confined environments where precision is less important than overwhelming an area with suppressive fire. While its effective range is only around 1,000 meters and its accuracy is relatively poor, experienced pilots can use its wide shot pattern to great effect against highly mobile targets.

M4010 Beam Sniper Rifle

Developed by Whitebit Dynamics, the M4010 is a long-barreled beam weapon designed specifically to complement the V-gilante’s performance characteristics.

When paired with its dedicated long-range targeting system, it becomes an exceptionally effective sniper weapon. Its combination of high firepower and excellent accuracy perfectly matches the V-gilante’s high mobility and superb handling, producing outstanding results in numerous combat operations.

To many soldiers, the V-gilante and the M4010 are inseparable—the rifle has become the machine’s defining weapon.

M3305 Manganese Steel Saber

A solid-blade melee weapon developed primarily for covert operations.

Its forward-weighted balance is inspired by the traditional kukri, allowing the relatively compact blade to deliver surprisingly powerful cutting strikes.

M6113 Composite Tactical Shield

Introduced in NA 325, the M6113 was developed after the Federation Strategic Research Bureau secretly acquired and analyzed fragments of heavily armored Imperial mobile weapons.

Although the reverse-engineered shield achieves only around 70% of the protection offered by the original Imperial design, it significantly improves one of the V-gilante’s greatest weaknesses—its relatively light defensive protection.

Not in Singapore?

No worries — I’m working on international shipping.

Right now I’m trialing with selected products for the USA. I’ll expand to more markets gradually once everything runs smoothly.

If you’re from another country, start a live chat and let me know where you’re based. If I see enough interest from a particular country, I may open shipping there next.

I’m not just here for a quick buck—this is a real hustle and I take it seriously as I’m a fan of what I sell too. When I bring in items (unless they’re limited editions), I buy in bulk. This means if something goes wrong with one or two boxes, I have replacements ready to make it right.

Sure, you could order from overseas yourself if you know where to look. But imagine waiting days/weeks only to receive a broken product (or came in broken box). At deltabase, I shoulder that risk for you, so you don’t have to.
