The YUNQUE (model OCR-122) is an aerial super-mobility unit developed by the Orange Star Workshop under the Carrifea Trade Alliance. It was designed with a strong focus on lightweight construction and high mobility.
Unlike earlier units that rely on booster packs for short bursts of glide, Yunque uses a wing-based propulsion system. This allows it to sustain long-duration flight within the atmosphere, making it far more capable in extended aerial combat.
With mech arena competitions being popular within the Alliance, Yunque quickly gained attention from competitive pilots during its development. Through collaboration with several top pilots, its dedicated aerial combat and shooting OS system saw significant improvements.
Due to its strong potential in air combat, the Alliance military has also shown interest in the unit. Several prototype units have already been deployed.
